Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive and compliant work culture.
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/consultant.
Ensure accuracy of attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Handle salary revisions, incentives, and final settlements.
4. Statutory Compliance
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
Handle inspections, returns, challans, and statutory filings.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Performance Management
Support appraisal processes and performance reviews.
Track KPIs, confirmations, and promotions.
Maintain performance documentation.
6. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records (personal files, contracts, policies).
Draft HR letters (appointment, confirmation, warning, exit).
Update HR MIS and reports.
7. Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Track training needs and attendance records.
8. Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews.
Manage full & final settlement process.
Analyze attrition trends.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and documentation
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain recruitment records and manpower reports.
