Any Graduation + MBA (HR). (Graduation with Engineering background will a plus)

Additional Criteria:

Candidate having experience of recruitment for Sales Engineering / Mechanical Sales / Techno Commercial Sales / OEM Sales will be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition. Handling portals, Employee On boarding & orientation. Joining formalities Co-ordination for training & development of employees. Employee Verification and Medical checks Maintaining Employee Data A few Additional Responsibilities of Employee Engagement & Day to Day Operational Activities.
