Job Title:

Junior HR Executive.

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Executive

Job Summary:

The Junior HR Executive supports day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for candidates starting their career in Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews) Coordinate with hiring managers for interview arrangements Support employee onboarding and induction programs Prepare offer letters and appointment letters

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Support HR audits and documentation

Employee Engagement & Support

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures Support performance appraisal processes

Training & Development

Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records Assist in identifying training needs and collecting feedback

General HR Support

Prepare HR reports and MIS as required Support implementation of HR policies and procedures Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
