We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior HR Executive
to support the HR department in day-to-day operations within our interior design firm. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and supporting HR processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations aligned with company policies and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various design, site, and admin roles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth induction for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and HR analytics as required.
Update and manage attendance, leave records, and overtime details, especially for site staff.
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/accounts team.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Support in organizing employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
Help address basic employee queries and escalate HR issues to seniors when required.
Promote a positive and collaborative work culture aligned with company values.
Qualification and skill required
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
0-2 years of experience in HR; prior experience in an
interior design / architecture / construction
firm is an advantage.
Basic understanding of HR operations and statutory compliances.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
