Support the HR team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Assist in analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports for management
Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and project implementations
Help develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Support the coordination of training and development programs
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Required Qualifications
MBA program with a focus on HR/Organisational Behaviour is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
