End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Managing job portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.)
Conducting initial HR screening (telephonic/video)
Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
Maintaining candidate database & daily MIS reports
Follow-up and closure of open positions
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of hiring process
Freshers with internship experience in HR can apply
