Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive - Human Resources located in Kamthi. The role involves supporting HR management, ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee relations, and enforcing HR policies. The Junior Executive will play a key role in creating a productive and positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and HR standards.

Qualifications

Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations Experience in fostering Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies Understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Kamthi and contribute effectively to team collaboration Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proficiency in HR management tools and software is preferred

Pay: ₹8,487.60 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
