Key Responsibilities HR & Recruitment
Candidate calling, screening, and follow-ups
Resume sourcing from job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms
LinkedIn search and outreach for relevant profiles
Interview coordination and candidate tracking
Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
Office Operations & Asset Management
Manage office assets (laptops, accessories, furniture, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and purchases
Proactively resolve office issues
(e.g., if something is missing or damaged, ensure it is fixed without reminders)
Maintain asset and vendor records
General Responsibilities
Take full ownership of assigned tasks
Act as a support person for daily HR and office operations
Ensure smooth internal coordination and timely task completion
