Position: HR Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Basic HR Operations)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ?25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring & recruitment process
Taking interviews and coordinating with department heads
Employee training & onboarding support
Maintaining HR compliance & company culture
Ensuring discipline and workplace policies
Employee retention & engagement activities
Payroll support and salary coordination
Maintaining employee records & HR documentation
Handling day-to-day basic HR duties
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
Basic knowledge of HR policies, payroll & recruitment
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, responsible, and people-oriented
