We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our HR team. The Junior HR Executive will support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, documentation, attendance management, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job vacancies on portals.
Call candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview rounds with managers.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Collect and verify new joiner documents.
Prepare basic HR letters (offer, appointment, joining).
Help in ID card preparation and induction support.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain attendance sheet and daily updates.
Record leaves, late marks, and absences.
4. HR Operations
Maintain employee records and files.
Assist in preparing HR reports when required.
Handle basic employee queries.
5. Employee Engagement
Support in organizing small activities or events.
Maintain good communication with employees.
6. Compliance Support (Basic)
Assist in PF/ESIC paperwork (training will be provided).
Help in maintaining HR compliance-related documents.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati if needed).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork mindset.
Time-management and organization skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA/BSc or any graduate).
