We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of
experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions
including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance to ensure
smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and
coordinating interviews.
? Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
? Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
? Support payroll processing and attendance management in coordination with
accounts.
? Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
? Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
? Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies and labor laws.
? Support performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.
? Collaborate with other departments to understand HR requirements and provide
timely support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in core HR functions, preferably in the IT industry.
? Basic knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
? A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
