Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in human resources, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview scheduling.
• Assist in preparing employment contracts and offer letters.
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Process employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
• Generate reports and presentations on HR metrics as needed.
• Employee Relations:

• Assist in resolving issues between employees and management.
• Support disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews.
• Compliance and Policy Implementation:

• Assist in ensuring HR compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Training and Development:

• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Assist in assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship or 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles preferred.
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
