The Junior HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in HR and looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records, and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Respond to basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support training and employee engagement activities
Ensure confidentiality of employee information at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws (preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team
Experience:
0-1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers welcome)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
