The role involves close collaboration with the Web and Social Media Manager while directly reporting to the CEO. A candidate with a valid driving license is preferred, as occasional travel for shoots, client meetings, and project support may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging graphics, layouts, and motion visuals for digital and print media.
Support brand-building activities through creative content, ads, presentations, and video edits.
Collaborate with the Web and Social Media Manager to align designs with campaigns.
Assist in creating short-form and long-form motion content (animations, reels, promotional videos).
Capture and edit photo/video content as needed.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all platforms.
Support in-field design/branding needs (preferred if candidate has a driving license).
Report directly to the CEO on project updates, timelines, and creative initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and CorelDRAW
.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
Strong eye for detail, creativity, and trend awareness.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driving license (preferred).
