About the Role

We are looking for a

creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer

who has just graduated from college and is eager to kickstart their career in design. This role is perfect for someone with a

fresh eye for aesthetics, strong design fundamentals, and a passion for creating visuals that connect with youth culture, hospitality, and lifestyle brands

.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be working closely with the creative team to develop branding materials, social media creatives, packaging, event collaterals, and digital assets for MiCasa Hostels, Minakshi Restaurants & Cafes, and other group ventures.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating

visual content

for digital platforms (social media posts, reels covers, website banners, emailers). Support in designing

marketing collaterals

such as brochures, posters, standees, menus, event backdrops, and presentations. Work with brand guidelines to maintain

consistency across all visual assets

. Edit and retouch images for online and offline use. Collaborate with the senior designer, marketing, and operations team to bring design briefs to life. Explore and suggest

fresh ideas, styles, and design trends

that connect with Gen-Z and millennial audiences. Prepare artwork files for printing and digital publishing. Learn and adapt to feedback from seniors to

improve creative quality

Qualifications / Skills Required

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in

Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field

. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro)

or similar design tools. Knowledge of

Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW

is an added advantage. Strong

sense of color, typography, and layout

. Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Basic knowledge of video editing & motion graphics preferred (not mandatory). Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. A portfolio of academic projects, internships, or freelance work (even if small).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
