About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at

Innovations Beyond

. You'll work on a variety of design projects, from social media content and brand identity to packaging and marketing material for both internal and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to create high-quality design solutions for various internal and client-facing projects. Understand client briefs, brainstorm ideas, and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
Deliver creative assets for:

Social Media Content

(Graphics, 2D Animations, GIFs)

Business Documents

(Company Profiles, Presentations, Brochures, Catalogues)

Branding & Promotional Material

(Banners, Leaflets, Standees, Merchandise)

Packaging Designs

(3D Product Mockups, Boxes, Tubes, Sachets, Bottles)

Brand Identity

(Logo Designs, Brand Guidelines, Stationery) Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining design consistency and brand standards. Engage in self-learning and leverage online resources to enhance design skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

Graduate (any stream);

Arts preferred

Diploma or certified training in Commercial Arts

from a reputed design institute is a

must

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and InDesign Knowledge of After Effects or mobile photo editing apps is a plus Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong command of

English (spoken & written)

for client communication

Good to Have:

A proactive approach to self-learning and online upskilling Attention to detail and an understanding of design aesthetics Basic professional conduct : punctuality, communication, and presentation

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
