Qualification

: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus. Knowledge of video editing tools (like Premiere Pro or After Effects) is an advantage

Experience

: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design (internship/freelance/project-based experience is acceptable).

Exposure to branding, digital ads, brochures, social media creatives, etc.

Familiarity with design trends and ability to create market-relevant visuals

Soft Skills:

Good Communication Skills, Team Work, Taking Ownership, Positive Attitude, Flexible, Adoptability, Grasping & Learning Skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist the senior designer/marketing team in creating digital and print creatives. Design social media posts, banners, posters, infographics, emailers, and web graphics. Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creative assets. Edit and retouch images for various digital platforms. Contribute fresh design ideas in brainstorming sessions. Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adapt and resize creatives for various formats and platforms. Take feedback positively and revise designs accordingly. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
