Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive

Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the

MERN Stack

. Design and build interactive, responsive user interfaces using

React.js

. Build and maintain RESTful APIs using

Node.js & Express.js

. Work with

MongoDB

for database design, queries, and data modeling. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. Debug and resolve technical issues across the entire stack. Write clean, reusable, and documented code. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of hands-on experience in

MERN Stack

(MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with

Redux

or other state management libraries. Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Experience with Git/GitHub for version control. Understanding of database design and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or similar). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Problem-solving mindset with strong debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

TypeScript

. Knowledge of CI/CD tools. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. Understanding of microservices architecture. Knowledge of Docker or containerization tools.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
