Asso. Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities: As a Jr. Web developer, you shall be coding full stack-based frameworks like React, Angular, Express JS, Node JS, Laravel, CI, YII or open source packages. As per the PLC methodologies and best coding practises, you will be working directly under a TL in a team or solely on the project alongside the QA and web designing team. Overseas projects are very challenging and yet very rewarding in terms of project clarity and communications. So there is an ample opportunity to learn and grow as well as onsite offering in later project stages. You will be assigned a mentor who is a senior in house developer from day one of the work so that you can learn one to one and grow your coding skills. You will be trained on these technologies as per the requirements to fulfil the gap between theory & practical.
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Skill Set: Clear in programming concepts in any language like Java, C , PHP etc, with good analytical & logical reasoning. Good in English written and verbal communication.
Offer and Terms: As a Junior Software Developer, you will be offered 3.75 Lac per annum CTC to start with, which grows 20-25 PERCENT annually. If training is required, initial three to six months will be paid 10k per month.
You will be required to sign a bond of 36 months from the start, bond value Rs 1 Lac to be given as security cheque (no actual money to be paid).
You will be paid a Retention Bonus equivalent to the bond value of Rs 1.8 Lac on the successful completion of your bond period. This bonus is over and above your salary and yearly increment
