Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Junior Fashion Stylist to support our influencer marketing and social media content creation efforts. The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of fashion styling, a keen eye for trends, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. This role requires exceptional research skills, a strong work ethic, and a dedicated willingness to learn and grow within the team. Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Styling & Content Support: Styling Execution: Assist the Creative Director/Lead Stylist with styling outfits for all social media photoshoots and influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and current trends. Trend Research: Conduct continuous and proactive research on fashion, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), and competitor trends to inform styling decisions and strategy. Logistics Management: Assist in the preparation, organization, and return of all samples, clothing, and accessories for photoshoots and influencer sends. 2. Production & Pipeline Management: Pipeline Filling: Actively manage and maintain a well-stocked pipeline of creative ideas, props, mood boards, and potential styling concepts to ensure continuous content flow. Deadlines: Consistently meet strict, often short-notice, deadlines for styling preparation, shoot readiness, and asset delivery. Organizational Support: Maintain the organization and inventory of the style closet, props, and styling tools. 3. Social Media & Digital Strategy: Visual Storytelling: Help translate seasonal concepts and marketing goals into engaging and stylish visual content suitable for various social platforms. Learning & Growth: Eagerly accept feedback and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new styling techniques, photo editing styles, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves: Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in fashion styling, retail visual merchandising, or related creative field (internships count). Digital Savvy: Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest) and the content landscape. Research Mastery: Exceptional research and trend-spotting abilities; proven capacity to gather and synthesize visual information effectively. Work Ethic: Highly reliable, hard-working, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment and demanding schedule. Education: A degree or certificate in Fashion, Design, or a related field is a plus, but relevant experience is prioritized.
