Role:

Jr. Executive/Executive - Inside Sales


The executive inside sales will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a dual-threat, capable of driving new business while providing essential support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and qualify new sales leads through a mix of cold calls, emails, and social media outreach,

Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to a successful close.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in our CRM system

Assist in creating and delivering sales proposals, contracts, and quotes.

Provide administrative and logistical support to the field sales team, helping them focus on closing deals.


Skills and Qualifications:



1 to 2 years of experience in a combined inside sales and sales support role, preferably in the publishing domain, or SaaS, technology, B2B sector.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar).

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

A team player with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
