. This role provides hands-on exposure to training coordination, documentation, and learning support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions.
Maintain training records, attendance data, and reports.
Coordinate with trainers, management, and participants for smooth training execution.
Prepare basic training materials and presentations when required.
Collect feedback from trainers, trainees, and clients post training.
Support in updating and improving training content.
Research new learning methods and share ideas for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers welcome (no prior internship or experience required).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Willingness to learn and grow in the Learning & Development function.
