Job Description

1) Project Co-ordination:

a) Handling calls and follow ups in absence of any sales team member.

b) Co-ordination with different departments i.e. accounts, production and dispatch.

c) Forwarding customer/ site grievances and issues to concerned design team member/production team.

d) Follow up with production team for timely dispatch & clients for payments

e) In absence of dispatch team member, co-ordination with transporter/s

f) Making and sending quotations as per customer's requirement

g) Order processing as per technical specifications - understanding and pipelining to team

h) Issue PI time to time for payment remittance

i) Preparing and modifying packing lists for different products.

j) Developing logistic & support vendors for smooth operations

2) Departmental Support:

a) Responsible for checking QC reports of all dispatches

b) Maintaining party wise and product wise QC data and packing list of both office and Shop floor

c) Coordination wrt customer requirement in case of any special demand

d) Involvement in TPI

e) Raise requisition timely for special items for all projects and products, being taken care by team.

f) Involvement in stock recording.

3) TALLY:

a) Placing orders and report generation

b) MIV entries reconciliation and submission of monthly report

c) ITEM creation with HSN code

4) Reports preparation and sharing:

a) Maintain purchase order records for every dispatch & Maintaining party wise and product wise sales figures

b) Regular updation of complete database.

c) Preparation of commercial information and about different offers given

d) Daily accumulation of sales reports and drawing logical conclusions

Qualification required: B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / MBA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
