Document Control and maintaining of records.
Planning for Retirement of employees
Inter departmental communication.
Act as coordinator for company events.
Data Entry in the software.
Taking Exit interviews of Employees and ensuring smooth employee transition
Working knowledge of compliances like ESI/PF/Gratuity/Bonus

Skills Required:
Experience in recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
Hands-on Knowledge of MS Office.
Must have good Analytical Skills.
Knowledge on Report Writing.
Strong communication Skills including writing.
