Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Search for potential applicants using online apps, external consultants, etc. and ensure timely hire. Coordinate with educational institutes for Mass recruitment. Filter applicants based on Resumes. Recruiting &hiring both white collar & blue collar employees Coordinating Interview Rounds for candidates with different interviewees. Mailing / Issuing of Offer Letters or Rejection Letters to candidates. Handling of Interns / Apprentices in Gilard New joining formalities. Document Control and maintaining of records. Planning for Retirement of employees Inter departmental communication. Act as coordinator for company events. Data Entry in the software. Taking Exit interviews of Employees and ensuring smooth employee transition Working knowledge of compliances like ESI/PF/Gratuity/Bonus Employee engagement activities

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Age:

22 to 27 Years

Experience:

0-1 Years

Skills Required:



Experience in recruitment, preferably in Manufacturing Industry. Hands-on Knowledge of MS Office. Must have good Analytical Skills. Knowledge on Report Writing. Strong communication Skills including writing.

Salary:

Best as per the candidature.
