End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring
Prepare job descriptions and coordinate interview schedules
Handle onboarding, offer/appointment letters, and policy briefing
Process monthly payroll and manage attendance & leave records
Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and recruitment trackers
Support employee engagement and grievance handling
Manage exit formalities including final settlement and documentation
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
1+ year experience in HR Generalist / HR Executive role
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
