Job Responsibilities:

Assist in managing end-to-end

Recruitment

processes for various roles. Assist in facilitating seamless

Onboarding

for new hires. Assist in overseeing

Attendance

and

Leave

management.

Assist in salary

processing inputs and payroll coordination. Assist in ensuring compliance for

PF

and

ESIC

. Assist in handling

Grievance

and employee relations. Assist in

Employee Engagement

initiatives. Assist in coordinating

Training & Development

programs. Assist in supporting

Performance Management

processes and

Appraisals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. 6 month to 1 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
