Jr.Exe -Kitchen
KRA:
1. Provide the Highest standards of food preparation
2. Fulfilling responsibilities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures
Profile involves Cooking, Plating, Stock & Inventory Management, Cash Handling, and Customer Handling.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of the techniques of chopping, dicing, slicing, cooking
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated & responsible
- Knowledge of maintaining basic kitchen hygiene
- Ability to complete work within stipulated time.
- Knowledge about Continental/Indian kitchen
- Ordering to distribution center, planning day production, etc.
- Reading of the kitchen order & prepare food accordingly
Exposure:
- SSLC
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year exp.
- Experience in Restaurant Kitchen
