Jr.Exe -Kitchen
KRA:
1. Provide the Highest standards of food preparation
2. Fulfilling responsibilities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures
Profile involves Cooking, Plating, Stock & Inventory Management, Cash Handling, and Customer Handling.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the techniques of chopping, dicing, slicing, cooking
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated & responsible
  • Knowledge of maintaining basic kitchen hygiene
  • Ability to complete work within stipulated time.
  • Knowledge about Continental/Indian kitchen
  • Ordering to distribution center, planning day production, etc.
  • Reading of the kitchen order & prepare food accordingly
Qualifications:
Exposure:
  • SSLC
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year exp.
  • Experience in Restaurant Kitchen
