Handling management of major staff meetings and annual events of the organization.
Organizing and scheduling complicated monthly and annual operations, such as agendas, meetings.
Act as the main point of contact for all contractual employees.
Monitor Contractual employees work performance and resolve any issues, in coordination with the HR or relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records of the security register, including visitors logs, employee access records, and security-relates incidents.
Conduct the regular supervision of gardening staff, Housekeeping staff to ensure proper maintenance of the company's spaces.
Foster positive relationships with employees by implementing initiatives that improve morale, satisfaction, and productivity.
Oversee the grievance redressal process by investigating employees complaints and taking corrective actions where necessary.

ADMIN :-
Housekeeping through Peon, Stationary arrangements, Any civil/repairing works and routine maintenance work/ AMC's, Co. Vehicle Monitoring.
Front Office Supervision :-
Availability of capable person at reception
Security :-
Supervision of Guards and registers.
Local Purchase :-
Required items purchase & procurement reviews.
Team Management
:- Effective supervision, performance review.
Process Management
:- System & procedure for effective working and standards.
