Oversee cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping staff; maintain checklists and formats.
Reception & Security:
Manage opening of premises, supervise security guards, handle visitor management, couriers, attendance, and reception area.
General Administration:
Coordinate repairs, renovations, AMC of ACs/UPS/lights, and overall office maintenance. Arrange resources and maintain office furniture.
Material Handling:
Receive courier materials, record entries, coordinate repair/purchase needs, and manage inter-office material movement with gate pass.
Snacks & Office Closing:
Arrange snacks for late-working staff and ensure proper closing of office with keys and person management.
General KRAs:
Maintain mobile/SIM issuance records, coordinate travel bookings (hotel/rail/cab), manage company fax, and support urgent tasks across group companies.
