Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll data management.
Help in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Provide basic support in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.) under guidance.
Admin Responsibilities:
Handle office administration tasks (stationery, office supplies, housekeeping coordination).
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the office.
Maintain records of office assets, bills, and payments.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
Education & Qualification:
Graduate in
any discipline

Preference for candidates with
MBA (HR) / MSW (Human Resource Management)
.
Freshers or candidates with
0-2 years of experience
in HR/Admin will be considered.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of HR policies and admin processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
