- Accountsis someone who works closely with the Director, Auditor & the Leadership of the Company to manage all aspects related to the accounting department of the Company.
The candidate would be someone who is well-versed in using Zoho-Books and Tally, with the ability to follow accounting & bookkeeping principles.
The candidate would have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in an accounting & book-keeping function, with thorough experience in maintaining Ledgers, Accounts Payable and Receivable, cash and bank, Tax Filing, etc.
Job Purpose
To manage and maintain all accounting-related tasks on a daily basis.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure that all accounting-related data is made available on time, to enable an accurate representation of business accounts to the company's auditor and management.

Manage the recruitment process through the various channels available - Direct, Recruitment Consultants, LinkedIn, Angel List, and Job Portals, as applicable.
Manage the Appointment & Onboarding formalities of new team members joining the Company.
Manage & monitor timely performance evaluation schedules across the various departments and hierarchies in the Company.
Monitor compliance with attendance and leaves for company employees.
Assist the Director and Accounting teams in data related to payroll processing.
Assist the Director in implementing and managing HR & Team Building Events in the Company.
Ideal Candidate Background:
Minimum 1.5 Years' experience in a similar role with a competent Company.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field.
Very good English-speaking & writing skills.
Well-versed with Zoho-Books, Tally, and Google Sheets.
Based in Mumbai.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
