Key Responsibilities

Assist in operating and monitoring the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) as per standard operating procedures Monitor flow rates, pH, TDS, BOD, COD, and other parameters regularly Collect effluent samples and maintain records for testing and analysis Ensure proper chemical dosing and assist in sludge handling and disposal Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of pumps, motors, blowers, valves, and pipelines Maintain daily logbooks, registers, and compliance records Support senior operators during breakdowns, maintenance, and emergency situations Ensure safe handling and storage of chemicals used in ETP operations Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the ETP area Follow safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and company policies Coordinate with maintenance and laboratory teams as required
Qualifications & Experience

BSc Chemistry, or ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or equivalent Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in ETP/STP operations Basic knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
