Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Junior ERP Implementation Finance Consultant

to join our ERP team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting (MBA or Bachelor's degree). 1+ year of experience as an accountant or in ERP implementation will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial systems and be eager to grow within the ERP domain, especially with

ERPNext

. The role involves configuring finance modules, handling data migration, engaging with clients, and supporting ERP implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client financial workflows and map them to ERPNext. Configure and implement finance modules in ERPNext (e.g., Chart of Accounts, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets). Manage and validate opening balances and ensure accurate data migration from legacy systems. Reconcile financial data post-migration to ensure consistency and accuracy. Support client training and provide assistance during go-live. Collaborate with technical teams to meet finance-related customization needs. Conduct testing of financial modules and reports prior to deployment. Document configurations, workflows, and resolution steps.

Qualifications:

MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Approximately 1 year of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and analysis. Basic familiarity with ERP systems or accounting software. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to transition into an ERP functional consultant role.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Exposure to ERPNext or similar ERP platforms. Understanding of GST/VAT and financial compliance practices (India/UAE). Experience with financial data migration or ERP module configuration. Internship or project experience related to ERP or financial systems.
