Hiring: Jr. Engineer - Planning (Warehouse Construction Project)

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling:
Develop & update project timelines, activities, milestones, and resource loading using planning software.
Coordination:
Liaise with site teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for integrated planning and resource delivery.
Monitoring:
Track actual progress vs. planned, calculate variances, and support corrective actions.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, highlighting delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
Cost Control:
Assist in budget preparation, cost estimation, and cash flow projections.
Risk Management:
Help maintain risk registers and identify potential issues.
Meetings:
Attend project meetings and present planning updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Typical Experience:
Entry-level to 2-4 years of experience in project planning/scheduling.
