Job Purpose:


To assist in the design, development, testing, and validation of new products, components,


and systems under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to innovation and


continuous improvement within the R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:


? Support in the design and development of heating elements, sensors, or related


components (as applicable).


? Conduct prototype assembly, testing, and performance evaluation as per design


requirements.


? Assist in data collection, analysis, and documentation of test results.


? Prepare BOMs, drawings, and technical specifications with guidance from senior


engineers.


? Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams for product trials and


process improvements.


? Maintain proper project records, reports, and design documentation.


? Contribute ideas for product enhancement, cost optimization, and innovation.


? Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all R&D


activities.

Skills & Competencies:


? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


? Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical design principles


? Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks - as applicable)


? Good understanding of testing instruments and measurement techniques


? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


? Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
