Job Description

Role Objective

To plan, execute, coordinate, and monitor civil construction works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, MES standards, quality norms, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Overall execution of civil works including foundations, RCC, structural steel interfaces, finishing, and external development Interpretation and implementation of approved GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications Coordination with client representatives, PMC, consultants, and internal departments Preparation and monitoring of construction schedules (bar charts / MS Project) Control of quantities, measurement books, and reconciliation of materials Review of method statements and execution methodology Monitoring subcontractors for productivity, quality, and safety compliance Ensuring adherence to MES specifications, IS codes, and contractual conditions Reporting daily/weekly progress, delays, and resource deployment to management

Preferred Skills

Strong site coordination and decision-making ability Working knowledge of MES SSR, CPWD specs, and industrial EPC practices Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and site safety coordination

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
