Conduct a time study for line balancing Assist in VA/VE activities, help in Kaizen and PokaYoke implementation on assembly lines. Conduct a validation study as evidence for any design change. Follow up with other departments for implementation of any design change or with the Tool Room for any Tooling Change. Assist in CAPA for customer complaints and FGI rejections. Record any defect due to a Child Part in the Assembly and report to IGI. Analyse rejections in the Assembly Line Level and resolve them using CAPA.

Making of Reports:

Dimensional Comparison, Quality Reports for Assembly Production, Process Capability Study. Review and edit Bill of Material and Data Entry in the software as per Seniors guideline. Follow the PDCA cycle and assist in CAPA

Skills Required:

1. Knowledge of Engineering Drawing: First angle, Third angle, Dimensioning & Tolerance.

2. Instrument Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer.

3. Types of machining process: Conventional - Lathe, Milling, Grinding, Drilling, Hexa. Non-Conventional - EDM, EDM Drilling, Laser Cutting, Water Jet Cutting.

4. Knowledge of Electrical Terminology: Ohm's Law, DC vs AC.

5. Basic Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing.

6. Methods of Joining: Riveting, Welding, Soldering, and Temporary Joints like fasteners.

7. Knowledge of material properties under stress, such as malleability, ductility, creep, and elasticity.
