Exp: 2 years

Education: Diploma- Mechanical

Provide hands-on management and Engineering supervision of production floor personnel, in required areas or for a certain production process.

Designing, studying and analysing mechanical systems and components as per requirements.

Verify drawings and specifications of products as the manufacturing guidelines before implementing the manufacturing process on the shop floor

Ensure fabrication targets are met at the fundamental operational level.

Monitor and appraise work by individual employees on a regular basis

Contributing to simulations and tests to evaluate the performance and efficiency of components.

Preparing project reports for Senior Engineers and making documentation work.

Prepare report of precise calculations before any hands-on mechanical work begins.

Re-engineer products when problems are found and recalculate to return products to full functionality.

Project planning of daily production floor tasks which aligns with the organizational weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Support senior engineers in implementing new technologies and materials to improve designs.

Participating in meetings with internal customers, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand their needs as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹55,843.02 per month
