Job Role - Jr. Engineer - Quality.

Maintaining the inspection reports and follow as per the instruction given during the training. Maintaining 5S at workstation. Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations Investigating and troubleshooting product, process or production issues. Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. Rejection and rework monitoring and updating in rejection log. Packing inspection as per packing list and package instructions. Performing final inspection and preparing test certificates Preparing Visual atlas, Quality alerts, work instructions etc. Ensuring all the measuring equipment is duly calibrated before to use and timely monitoring Identifying the areas for improvements and implementing the kaizen and monitor the effectiveness Conducting the inspection activities as per the test procedure.

Educational qualification -

ITI
Diploma

Key skills -

Require a deep understanding of quality standards with quality background in mechanical components and related products. Knowledge of handling Aerospace components and Metal finishing (Surface treatment) is an added advantage. Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance. Excellent collaboration and work within team skills will help you to succeed in this position. Knowledge of measurement techniques, Inspection Methods and Equipment. Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes. Strong computer, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Experience -

ITI with minimum 1Year of experience. Diploma Fresher.
