Job Description

Facilities management - Plans, executes and coordinates the pm activities concerned with equipment selection, installation and commissioning, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment machinery in the industrial plant.
Operations and Maintenance of utility systems - HT & LT Systems, UPS systems, HVAC,Air compressors, DG Sets,ups, and Nitrogen to support to Production functions.
Maintenance of Matl handling equipment
FPS Systems, Access controls and CCTV management
Co-Ordination with Sub Contractors for Execution
Execution of New Projects/ Layout Changes, New Equipment Installation, MSEB liaison, Statutory compliances
Enhance safety Environment and implementation of safety process / systems
Maintain the KPI - MTTR, MTBF, 3C, 5S
Spares Management
Energy management
Implementing Certification (OSHA,TS 16949, ISO 50001) , EMS, OEM\'s Specific certifications
EMS & Haz management systems,
Statutory compliance
What You Need
Diploma in Mechanical/EEE/ E&TC.
Diploma with 5 to 7 years\' Experience in Plant engineering function / Utility systems operation and maintenance
C license / Supervisor License - Issued by the Electricity board.
