Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Working knowledge of AutoCAD

Proficient in MS Office

Good communication skills - oral and written

Key Role and Responsibilities:

Project:

Responsible for monitoring projects using AUTOCAD.

Preparing detailed project reports and Daily Progress Report (DPR).

Conducting data analysis.

Actively following up on document submission, organizing, and filling project related documents.

Performing site visits.

Generating comprehensive reports on project expenses.

Personnel:

Compiling and managing CVs and data, verifying their certifications, maintain databases and overseeing Service Contract Agreements (SCA).

Accounts, PSCM & Logistics:

Verification and approval of invoices.

Managing the procurement process and raising material requisitions.

Coordinating with suppliers for timely and efficient procurement.

Handling the logistics of equipment including transportation and delivery.

Follow up on equipment logistics to ensure timely arrival.

Generating shipping bills and delivery challans.

Handling E-Way bill generation for transportation of goods and managing the cancellations and modifications as necessary.

Overseeing equipment testing process and reporting the outcomes and ensure compliance is within Company standards.

Managing and maintaining certifications for equipment to adhere with the compliance requirements.

Monitoring and follow-up of the logistics of equipment from shipment to delivery.

Validation of invoices and ensure the invoices comply with company policies and procedures.

Miscellaneous

Assisting in project management tasks including Offshore visits.

Performing Duties as per Offshore Construction Manager (OCM) / Diving Superintendent.

Handling tasks simultaneously and efficiently when required with the guidance of superiors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
