Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

Monitor daily construction (RCC, masonry, finishing) to ensure alignment with drawings.

Quality & Safety:

Conduct site inspections and material testing; enforce on-site safety protocols.

Reporting:

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and track material consumption.

Billing:

Assist in taking site measurements and verifying subcontractor bills.

Requirements

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Skills:

Proficient in

AutoCAD

and

MS Excel

.

Knowledge:

Strong ability to read structural drawings and understanding of residential building cycles.

Attributes:

High level of site discipline and effective labor management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
