Job Description
Responsible to ensure all electro mechanical daily maintenance and AMCs in place.
Ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements like licence, permits etc.
Maintain up-to-date records, documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Processing of Invoices, Follow ups with Vendor Payments.
Maintaining inventory of materials of electrical, Plumbing consumables
Skills Required
Strong Technical Knowledge of MEP, HAVC and fire fighting systems. Good understanding of safe work practices and proficient understanding of sensitive facility components that may impacted by failures or malfunctions of infrastructure systems. Aware of laws relates facility compliance and operations. Good liasoning with Local govt departments. Vendor Management skills.
