Job Title: Jr. DxT Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Financial Services - Mumbai

Purpose of Job:

Assist with Digital Transformation of the company business from conventional lending and paper-driven execution to digital process. Align with Digital vision and implementation roadmap of future state digital technology, content management, analytics & cloud native solution architectures. Be an active team member assisting with maximization of digital transformation initiatives by adoption of robotic process automation (RPA) & intelligent process automation (IPA) for integration of digital technology into all areas of a business via technology adoption, data gathering, process definition, and organizational change. Support enhancements to existing business process, leverage tools, frameworks, platforms to increase adoption of digital platform company wide.

Job Responsibility

Implement automation routines as per business requirements
Assist with POCs on new and cutting-edge products/technologies to experiment with new tools and ideas
Support with timely and defect free delivery on project activities
Willingness to work from any company office and travel to field as necessary


Key Skills:
Key Skills:

Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
Experience working on the Core Lending solutions, Ancillary lending solutions \xe2\x80\x93 Preferred
Knowledge/Experience of tools for digital transformation - Preferred

Mandatory:
Experience working with Banks/NBFCs/Fintech companies
Experienced in finance (prefferably someone who has audit experience)
Experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, tracking & collaboration tools

Qualification: Graduate from finance stream is preferred (Bcom/Mcom)

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days only
