The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for real estate projects. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving inquiries, and supporting sales through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns
for real estate projects across platforms.
Manage
lead generation campaigns
through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
Handle
social media marketing
including content posting, creatives coordination, and engagement.
Optimize campaigns to improve
cost per lead (CPL)
and conversion rates.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups on digital leads.
Manage and update
landing pages, forms, and website content
for projects.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards.
Maintain lead data and campaign reports regularly.
Required Skills:

Understanding of
real estate audience targeting
Social Media Marketing & Campaign Optimization

Qualifications:
Graduate (Marketing / Digital Media preferred)
1-2 years of experience in
Digital Marketing
