Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation, traffic, and brand awareness.
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Use analytics tools
(e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) for data-driven optimizations.
Ad Creatives & Copy:
Coordinate with content/design teams to create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages tailored to platform best practices.
Audience Targeting:
Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike segments, interest groups, and B2B targeting strategies on LinkedIn.
Budget Management:
Manage monthly ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal performance within allocated spends.
Reporting & Insights:
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
Skills:
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Understanding of SEO basics, UTM tracking, and remarketing strategies
Comfortable with A/B testing and ad performance benchmarking
Growth Path:
Opportunity to evolve into a Performance Marketing Manager or Growth Strategist role with experience in multichannel funnel optimization and strategic planning.
