Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on
Meta Ads and Google Ads
Create and optimize lead generation campaigns for real estate projects
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, ROI, and conversions
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and A/B testing
Manage ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels
Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager
Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and real estate trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in
digital marketing

Strong hands-on experience with

Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing
Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus
