Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online sales channels and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling marketplaces, updating our website, and running performance-based ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and orders on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms. Coordinate with customer support and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Website Management:

List and update products on the company's website. Regularly monitor product content, images, pricing, and stock availability. Ensure smooth functioning and user experience of the e-commerce website.

Digital Marketing:

Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.

Other Responsibilities:

Support with basic graphic or content needs for listings and ads. Stay updated with latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends. Assist in reporting, data analysis, and other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart seller portals. Basic knowledge of website platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
