Digital Marketing Executive & Lead Generation Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have
2+ years of hands-on experience
in managing paid campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving high-quality leads through both paid and organic channels.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies across
Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
, while also handling day-to-day social media operations. A strong understanding of
sales funnels, retargeting, ROAS optimization
, and industry-standard marketing tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Maintain consistent ROAS and improve campaign performance.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Generate leads using organic sources such as social media, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Maps.
Use social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
