Job Title - Digital Marketing Executive

Job Location - Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India

CTC - Upto 5.5 CTC (Fixed + Monthly Performance Bonus + Loyalty Bonus)

Experience - 1-2 years



? Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. Ideation and creation

of collaterals, distributing them in various media and social platforms, and measuring

their impact and effectiveness.

? Performing activities relating to Search Engine Marketing (paid) & Optimization

(organic) continuously.

? Creating and executing SMS and E-mail based marketing campaigns.

? Executing Social Media efforts and striving to improve the results in terms of KPIs

e.g. likes, shares, tweets, etc.

? Reviewing and actively managing websites and other online assets and sources.

? Promoting employer's products and/or services in the digital space.

? Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers, generate

leads, and retain existing customers.

? Analyzing market research and planning promotions, competitions, and other various

creative marketing techniques based on the research results.

Desired Candidate Profile

? Graduate or Post Graduate with specialization in Digital Marketing or equivalent

certification.

? Candidates must have a minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience executing all the

digital marketing channels.

? Leadership and team management experience.

? Direct Client handling experience.

? Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team member

? Candidate must have good English communication skills, both oral and written

? Should have worked on Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google

Webmaster tools.

? Knowledge of word press or any other CMS.

? Google, and Hubspot certification preferred (analytics & ads) are must.

? Must have working knowledge of AI-driven digital marketing tools for automation,

analytics, and campaign performance improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
